Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
Answer queries related to academic programs and admission procedures
Provide accurate information and guide them through the enrollment process
Maintain call records and follow up on leads
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and admission targets
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of academic programs
Basic Excel skills
Prior telecalling/customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory
Experience Requirement:
