Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions, courses, and academic programs. Provide accurate information about eligibility, fees, and enrollment procedures. Follow up with leads generated through campaigns, events, and online inquiries. Maintain and update student inquiry databases. Assist in scheduling campus visits, counseling sessions, and interviews. Handle incoming calls and resolve queries professionally. Support admission counselors and marketing teams in outreach efforts.
Required Skills

Strong communication skills in Tamil and English. Polite and persuasive telephone etiquette. Ability to explain academic offerings clearly and confidently. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in academic telecalling or admissions support is preferred.
Qualifications

Minimum: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduate. Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome).
