Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and coordinate monthly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) initiatives in collaboration with faculty members and academic leadership, ensuring proper documentation and data accuracy. Oversee the student onboarding process across multiple academic programs, including follow-ups on pending or paused cases and coordination for batch rejoining where applicable. Manage academic batch-related activities such as batch creation, extensions, and data uploads using learning management platforms including Classplus and Trainer Central. Ensure timely preparation and communication of class schedules and academic calendars for programs across different regions. Coordinate online session links and provide hosting support for virtual classes and academic events as required. Ensure academic session recordings are uploaded to the relevant platforms within defined timelines. Maintain up-to-date batch schedules on academic platforms for international and regional programs. Upload pre-recorded academic content (including legal, industrial, and SAP modules) in accordance with batch-wise requirements. Coordinate expert-led sessions and academic webinars, ensuring smooth execution and timely sharing of session resources. Support internal academic evaluation processes by coordinating assessment documentation and submissions. Supervise and guide junior team members by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of responsibilities. Monitor daily academic operations, task allocation, and workflow efficiency within the team. Conduct periodic follow-ups with team members to address operational challenges and provide necessary support. Assist in onboarding and training of new academic operations staff. Ensure academic operations are carried out in line with organizational guidelines, quality standards, and established processes. Use CRM or student management systems to manage academic and student-related data. Coordinate contingency arrangements for academic sessions during technical or platform-related disruptions. Work closely with the Academic Head and academic teams to support data verification and operational updates as required.

Preferred Experience



Prior experience as a

Team Lead or Senior Coordinator

in academic operations, education management, or a similar role. Demonstrated experience in

leading and coordinating small teams

, managing workloads, and meeting operational timelines. Hands-on experience working with

learning management systems (LMS)

and

CRM platforms

in an academic or training environment. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple academic processes simultaneously.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
