to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our academic programs, understanding their learning goals, and driving sales through consultative counselling and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads (via calls, WhatsApp, or email) generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Counsel students and working professionals about suitable courses, programs, and career pathways.
Understand learner profiles, career aspirations, and recommend appropriate courses accordingly.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or related field preferred).
0-1 years of experience in telesales, academic counselling, inside sales, or a similar role (EdTech experience preferred).
