To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
At least 1 year of experience in phone call communication with oversea customers.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or academic program sales.
Having experience communication with Singapore / Malaysia customers is highly preferred.
Background in education or experience working with schools, colleges, or training providers is
highly preferred.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and the enrolment process.

Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
