Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to students/parents and explain program details
Understand goals and recommend suitable courses
Follow up, resolve queries, and convert leads into enrollments
Maintain CRM records and share insights to improve sales strategy
Who You Are:
1-2 years' experience in inside sales/telesales/academic counseling (EdTech preferred)
Fluent in English, Telugu
Target-driven, quick learner, strong communicator
Proficient in CRM and Excel
Work Schedule:
6-day week | Sunday working (rotational week off) | Work from Office
