Responsibilities

Contacting potential students and explaining course details clearly. Conducting academic counselling sessions via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Understanding student goals and recommending the right training program. Following up with leads to improve conversion rates and close admissions. Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments. Coordinating with marketing and training teams to ensure smooth admissions.

Skills Required

Strong communication and counselling abilities. Good sales and persuasion skills with a student-friendly approach. Ability to understand academic needs and offer the right solutions. Confident in handling objections and closing admissions. Knowledge of EdTech or training industry is a plus.

Nature of Work

Combination of sales and academic counselling. Target-driven role with a focus on quality student enrollments. Regular interaction with leads through calls, messages, and meetings.

Qualifications

Education:

Any bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

6 months - 2 years in academic counselling, EdTech, or sales roles.

Freshers

with excellent communication skills may also apply.
