As an Academic Advisor, you will interact with prospective students, understand their career objectives, and guide them in selecting the most suitable
Digital Marketing programs
--including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics. Your primary goal will be to drive course enrollments through effective communication, personalized guidance, and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct personalized counseling sessions with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
Assess students' career goals and recommend appropriate Digital Marketing courses to meet their aspirations.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with leads through regular engagement and follow-up.
Accurately record all interactions, leads, and enrollment details in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, academic counseling, or a related field.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing principles is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
Strong objection-handling skills with a genuine interest in helping students make informed learning decisions.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
Proficiency in
CRM systems
and
Microsoft Office
applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
