We are looking for a motivated

Academic Sales Counselor

who can guide engineering students and professionals in choosing the right career-oriented courses. The role involves student counseling, lead follow-ups, and converting inquiries into enrollments while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel engineering students and working professionals regarding suitable courses and career paths Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads Explain course details, training methodology, internships, and placement assistance clearly Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions Maintain student inquiry records and admission documentation Coordinate with trainers and academic team for batch planning Achieve monthly admission targets responsibly Build trust with students and parents through transparent counseling

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate / Diploma (Any stream - Engineering background preferred) 1-3 years of experience in

education sales / academic counseling / training institute sales

Good communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM preferred) Strong convincing ability with ethical sales approach Passion for education and career counseling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
