This role focuses on managing the sales team to drive B2B partnerships with colleges and training institutes in Tamil Nadu, ensuring revenue growth through course enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the sales team (4-6 members) in targeting colleges, upskilling centers, and corporate clients for certificate programs.
Monitor team performance, set weekly/monthly targets, and track KPIs like lead conversion and franchise sales for courses in healthcare, IT, and logistics sectors.
Conduct sales meetings, provide training on product demos (e.g., Hospital Administration, Full-Stack Development), and handle escalations for high-value deals.
Manage CRM pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting to CEO on Chennai market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing for LinkedIn campaigns and events, supporting franchise expansion in UAE/Oman.
Required Qualifications & Experience
2-4 years in educational sales coordination or B2B sales management, preferably in EdTech (experience with Beat Educations or similar a plus).
Proven track record managing sales teams, achieving 20-30% quarterly growth in course enrollments.
Strong knowledge of Kerala/Tamil Nadu education market, with networks in colleges and skill institutes.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho), MS Excel for reporting, and LinkedIn for outreach.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and leadership to motivate sales executives.
Familiarity with high-demand certifications (SAP FICO, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing).
Ability to travel for client meetings in Chennai and nearby regions.
