Xylem Learning is expanding, and we're looking for energetic, goal-oriented Academic Sales Advisors to guide students and drive enrolments for our growing range of academic programs.
What You'll Do
Connect with prospective students and parents via inbound & outbound calls
Identify learner needs and recommend the most suitable Xylem programs
Confidently communicate program features, benefits, and outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families
Meet monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets
Update and manage student interactions in the CRM system
Work closely with academic, marketing, and operations teams
Share insights and feedback to improve conversion rates and student experience
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-1 years of experience in sales (education sector is an advantage)
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a target-driven approach
Proactive, adaptable, and relationship-focused mindset
Malayalam fluency preferred; English communication skills desirable
