Role Overview
The
Student Relations & Partnership Executive
will play a dual role -- building institutional partnerships (B2B) and guiding students (B2C) through the program enrollment process. The role requires strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
B2B (Partnership Development):
Identify and collaborate with educational consultants, schools, and partner agencies.
Coordinate with channel partners for lead generation and enrollment support.
Conduct presentations and information sessions to promote institutional programs.
Manage partner onboarding and maintain relationship databases.
B2C (Student Counselling):
Interact with prospective students and parents to provide accurate program details.
Guide applicants through eligibility checks, application, and enrollment steps.
Maintain CRM records and follow up to ensure a positive student experience.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and information sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in education counselling, business development, or partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with targets.
