As part of our Program Operations team, you will help ensure seamless execution of our
courses, directly impacting the learning journey of thousands of students across the country.
The Work - What will you do?
As a Program Operations Intern, you will support the backend operations that keep our
programs running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
? Creating sessions and scheduling them on the learning platform.
? Updating the program calendar to reflect all upcoming sessions and activities.
? Maintaining KYS (Know Your Student) data for accurate learner records.
? Launching and reviewing PQIs (Program Quality Indicators) to track learner experience and course performance.
? Updating session details regularly to ensure accuracy and alignment with the program plan.
? Maintaining attendance reports for all sessions to monitor engagement and performance.
? Coordinating with the Program Managers and Training Ops team to ensure end-to-end delivery of the student journey.
? Supporting ad-hoc operational tasks as required to improve learner experience.
Who We're Looking For?
? Students or fresh graduates looking for hands-on experience in program management and backend operations.
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
? Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
? Basic proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills.
