Job Summary:

The Academic Program Coordinator assists in planning, organizing, and executing academic programs to ensure smooth delivery and student success. This role involves coordinating with faculty, staff, and students, maintaining program schedules, and supporting administrative and academic processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling academic programs, courses, and workshops. Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and academic staff to ensure smooth program delivery. Maintain academic calendars, schedules, and attendance records. Collect and compile student feedback . Handle student grievances. Maintain program documentation, records, and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in academic coordination, program assistance, or administration. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital academic tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
