Looking for an experienced Matric Hr Sec School Principal with a positive attitude of coming up with creative methods on dealing with school's education and administrative system. Should evaluate & guide school staff to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to, and identify areas of improvement. Lead professional development programs for staff & maintain best academic programs in school. Should have through knowledge about State Board's Education policies.Should be humble, and lead team sincerely in achieving school's set goal.

• Matric Hr Sec experience is must
• Oversee day-to-day school operations
• Manage school logistics and budgets
• Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curriculam
• Monitor and report on teacher performance
• Present data from school performance to board members
• Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
• Interview and hire school personnel
• Review and implement school policies
• Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
• Handle emergencies and school crises
• Organize school events and assemblies

• Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
• Attention to detail
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Crisis management
• Ability to coach and inspire

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per monthBenefits:
