Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and explain program details, learning pathways, and academic outcomes
Provide clear guidance to students and parents to support informed academic decisions
Manage incoming inquiries and assist students throughout the admission and onboarding process
Maintain continuous communication via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or virtual sessions
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely completion of admission steps
Record all student interactions, updates, and progress accurately in the CRM
Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams for smooth information sharing and student support
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain programs confidently and address student queries effectively
Organized, goal-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms
