We are looking for a responsible and confident individual who can handle academic coordination and placement-related tasks. The role involves interacting with learners and trainers, maintaining records, collecting feedback, and communicating with companies for job and internship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct learner onboarding and maintain basic learner information
Coordinate between learners and trainers for smooth academic progress
Maintain records of learner performance and attendance
Collect feedback and assist in resolving basic concerns
Communicate with companies regarding internship and placement opportunities
Share job opportunities with eligible learners and coordinate interview updates
Prepare daily and weekly reports related to academic and placement activities
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Speaking + Writing)
Ability to work responsibly, maintain confidentiality, and follow processes
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets / MS Office / Emailing)
Ability to maintain data and follow-up calls confidently
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Qualification
Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
