Key Responsibilities:
Set and track targets for admissions, revenue, tutor onboarding, and student retention
Oversee end-to-end academic and operational workflows
Monitor and coordinate teams including academics, faculty, quality, and operations
Ensure effective tutor allocation, class execution, and quality checks
Review academic performance, student progress, and parent feedback
Support growth initiatives, process improvements, and system scalability
Conduct regular performance reviews and operational audits
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience in academic operations, project management, or education management
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and processes
Data-driven approach to performance tracking
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background:
Experience in tuition, ed-tech, or academic services
Exposure to managing faculty, SMEs, or tutoring programs
