Responsible for guiding and supporting students throughout their academic journey. They provide mentorship, assistance, and support to students, monitor their academic progress, foster positive relationships with parents, coordinate student activities, and maintain records and reports related to student development.

Responsibility :

Student Relationship and Coordination:

Develop a positive and supportive relationship with students, providing guidance, advice, and mentorship to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Coordinate and facilitate student activities, clubs, or programs to enhance their learning experience and personal development.

Address student concerns, conflicts, or disciplinary issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, such as teachers, parents, or counsellors.

Academic Progress Monitoring:

Monitor the academic progress of assigned students, track their performance, and identify areas of improvement or intervention.

Conduct regular assessments or evaluations to gauge student learning and understanding of the curriculum.

Collaborate with teachers and counsellor to develop personalized academic plans and strategies for students who require additional support.

Parent Relationship and Communication:

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents or guardians to keep them informed about their child's academic progress, behavior, and overall development.

Conduct parent-teacher meetings or conferences to discuss student performance, goals, and areas for improvement.

Address parental concerns or inquiries promptly and provide guidance on how parents can support their child's education.

MIS and Reports:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information, including attendance, grades, assessments, and behavioral observations.

Generate reports and data analysis on student performance, behavior, and overall development for internal use or sharing with parents, administrators, or other stakeholders.

Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) or educational software to streamline data management and reporting processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
