to join our UPSC team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate must have cleared the

UPSC Prelims

(any year) and possess strong subject knowledge along with a sound understanding of the UPSC exam structure, trends, and preparation methodologies. This role demands a proactive mentor who can engage with students, monitor their progress, and help them achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide subject-wise academic guidance and mentorship to UPSC aspirants. Conduct individual and group mentoring sessions focused on exam strategies, time management, and doubt clearing. Prepare high-quality question papers, mock tests, and evaluation material. Handle batch coordination and ensure smooth academic delivery. Oversee and support the smooth conduct of internal assessments, mock exams, and test series. Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback and improvement plans. Collaborate with content creators and faculty to improve course quality and relevance. Motivate and inspire aspirants throughout their preparation journey with timely interventions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Mandatory:

Must have cleared UPSC Prelims in any year. In-depth understanding of UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and preparation strategies. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle batches and manage classroom dynamics effectively. Passionate about mentoring and supporting civil service aspirants.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
