Job Description

We're looking for an Academic Mentor to guide students through our integrated program (NEET, JEE, and Board exams). You will be responsible for tracking performance, providing personalized support, ensuring a balanced study plan, and communicating progress to parents. Your main goal is to help students succeed in both their competitive tests and their school boards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Performance & Analysis

Track Progress: Monitor results from all tests and assignments (DPPs & CWEs). Fix Gaps: Analyze data to find student weaknesses and implement strategies for improvement. Teamwork: Work with teachers to ensure students get timely help.
2. Study Plan Management

Balance: Ensure students effectively cover both Board and Competitive exam syllabi (NEET/JEE). Strategy: Teach students time management to combine both study loads. Alignment: Coordinate with academic teams to keep lesson plans and tests consistent.
3. Mentorship & Support (35+ Students)

Guidance: Mentor your student group, set academic goals, and keep detailed progress records. Motivation: Conduct regular feedback and doubt-clearing sessions to keep students focused and disciplined. Discipline: Monitor attendance, class participation, and adherence to schedules.
4. Parent Partnership

Updates: Hold bi-weekly meetings to share student progress reports. Communication: Handle parent questions and concerns about academics and administration professionally. Support: Build a strong relationship with parents to ensure student success.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
