Roles and Responsibilities:
1. The Academic Strategist
Be a Data Sleuth: You won't guess what a student needs. You'll constantly analyze grades (DPPs, Chapter Tests) to see exactly where they're winning, losing, or stuck.
Fix the Gaps: Identify tough issues--like excelling in Board Theory but failing the JEE countdown timer. Your job is to create weekly, targeted intervention plans that close those specific knowledge and skill gaps.
Balance the Prep: Ensure student work covers both deep, descriptive writing (essential for Boards) and fast, accurate MCQ techniques (critical for NEET/JEE).
2. The Personal Coach (35+ Students)
Know Your Students: You'll manage a cohort of 35+ students, tracking their performance and noting any emotional or behavioral factors that might affect their scores.
Structured Guidance: Run weekly sessions focused on checking practice work (DPPs), dedicated doubt-clearing, and setting clear, confidence-boosting goals for underperforming students.
Maintain Standards: You're responsible for maintaining discipline and study focus, including overseeing evening hostel rounds.
3. The Communication Bridge
Regular Updates: Connect with parents every two weeks to provide clear, holistic updates on their child's academic standing, attendance, and well-being.
Sell the Vision: Confidently explain and defend the benefits of the integrated curriculum to parents who may be worried about balancing Board vs. Competitive priorities.
Administrative Support: Help ensure the administrative side runs smoothly by coordinating weekly tests and assisting with timely fee communication and collection.
Requirements:
Deep Content Knowledge: You must have a strong, current command of the NEET, JEE, and Class 11-12 syllabus.
Analytical Skill: You're comfortable reading performance data and logs to make smart, informed decisions.
Management Capacity: Proven ability to handle a high student load (35+) while providing quality, individualized feedback.
Mentorship Style: You are empathetic and supportive, but you are absolutely focused on getting results.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for high-stakes meetings with parents and students.
