Job Title: Academic Mentor (Male)

Job Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Academic Mentor to join our residential coaching wing in Kozhikode. In this role, you will be the bridge between teaching and performance. Your goal is to transform student potential into results by using data analytics, personalized counseling, and maintaining a high-standard residential environment for NEET, JEE, and Board aspirants.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Data-Driven Academic Strategy

Performance Tracking: Monitor student progress through Daily Practice Papers (DPPs), chapter tests, and full-length mock exams. Strategic Intervention: Identify performance dips and design weekly corrective action plans to ensure every student stays on track. Pattern Alignment: Analyze the gap between descriptive Board exam styles and objective NEET/JEE patterns to help students master both.
2. Mentorship & Residential Leadership

Holistic Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions to solve academic bottlenecks and provide emotional support during high-pressure cycles. Atmosphere Management: Supervise hostel discipline and structured study hours to ensure a distraction-free, high-productivity environment. Goal Setting: Lead motivational briefings and organize doubt-clearing sessions to build student confidence.
3. Parent & Administrative Liaison

Progress Reporting: Maintain a professional line of communication with parents, providing bi-weekly updates on academic and behavioral growth. Operational Excellence: Manage exam logistics, update student portals, and assist with fee tracking and curriculum scheduling.
Requirements:

Academic Insight: A solid grasp of the Class 11-12 curriculum and the current landscape of NEET/JEE competitive exams. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data trends and convert them into practical study strategies. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to mentor students and manage parental expectations effectively. Commitment: A disciplined individual capable of managing the unique demands of a residential academic setting.
