, you will play a vital role in shaping students' academic performance, personal development, and overall well-being. You will act as a mentor, motivator, and trusted support system--helping students overcome challenges, build confidence, and remain focused on their educational goals. Close collaboration with faculty and parents will be essential to creating a supportive and enriching learning environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Support & Motivation
Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage academic growth and personal development.
Guide and motivate students to stay disciplined, confident, and goal-oriented.
Organize and support extracurricular or developmental activities that enhance student engagement.
Serve as an approachable point of contact for students seeking guidance or encouragement.
Academic Progress Monitoring
Conduct regular check-ins to review academic performance and learning progress.
Identify strengths, learning gaps, and areas requiring additional support.
Collaborate with teachers to design and implement targeted academic support plans.
Track progress and follow up consistently to ensure continuous improvement.
Parent Engagement
Maintain transparent and timely communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to share insights and action plans.
Provide practical suggestions to help parents support learning at home.
Student Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and behavioral observations.
Use basic digital tools and tracking systems to monitor student progress.
Prepare clear and concise reports to support academic planning and decision-making.
