Academic Mentor: Guide Students to Success

We're looking for an Academic Mentor who is enthusiastic about helping students succeed in school and in life. This role is about being a positive role model, building trust, and making a real difference in students' learning journeys.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Student Support & Mentorship

Be a mentor--build strong, trusting relationships with students to support their personal and academic growth. Motivate and encourage students through regular check-ins and positive guidance. Lead group activities and workshops that help students develop key life skills. Work closely with counselors and staff to help students overcome emotional or academic hurdles.
Academic Planning & Oversight

Track student performance and continuously check for areas where they need help. Create personalized study plans and provide one-on-one academic support tailored to each student. Team up with teachers to develop and put personalized learning strategies into action. Use data and digital tools to analyze student progress and decide on the best ways to intervene.
Communication & Administration

Keep parents/guardians informed regularly about their student's progress and well-being. Hold meetings with parents to align on goals and strategies for supporting the student. Keep clear records of attendance, performance, and behavior updates. Attend training to improve your mentoring and academic skills.
Requirements:

Passionate about mentoring and helping young people. Excellent at communicating and building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Organized and detail-oriented for tracking data and maintaining records. Committed to creating a welcoming and growth-focused learning environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
