Job Title: Academic Mentor

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, supportive, and trust-based relationships with students to encourage academic and personal development. Conduct regular mentoring sessions to motivate students, address learning challenges, and provide guidance. Track academic performance, identify gaps, and support students with improvement plans and study strategies. Collaborate with teachers and academic teams to design personalized and effective learning interventions. Provide one-on-one academic guidance tailored to each student's needs and learning pace. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates and support strategies. Plan and facilitate co-curricular, enrichment, and skill-building activities for overall student development. Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, mentoring notes, and behavioural observations. Utilize digital platforms and data management tools to monitor progress and recommend timely interventions. Conduct parent interactions, progress review meetings, and basic counselling sessions as required. Work closely with faculty and counsellors to address academic or emotional challenges faced by students. Participate in training sessions and professional development workshops to enhance mentoring skills. Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment.
