Offer a supportive presence and be someone students can approach for guidance and conversation.
Monitor Academic Progress
Conduct regular check-ins to review each student's academic performance.
Identify strengths, challenges, and areas where additional support may be needed.
Collaborate with teachers to create clear, targeted learning support plans.
Follow up consistently to ensure students are improving and staying motivated.
Engage with Parents
Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to share updates and collaborate on action plans.
Provide suggestions to help parents support their child's learning at home.
Manage Student Data & Reports
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral updates.
Use basic digital tools and tracking systems to monitor progress and adjust support strategies.
Prepare clear, concise reports to assist the team in decision-making.
