As an

Academic Mentor

, you will play a pivotal role in shaping students' academic journeys and personal growth. Serving as the primary point of contact for a group of students, you will go beyond monitoring grades to inspire confidence, resilience, and lifelong learning skills.

Key Focus Areas

Student Empowerment

Build strong, trust-based relationships with students by providing personalized guidance, motivation, and engaging learning activities that foster curiosity and confidence.

Academic Progress & Outcomes

Track students' academic performance closely and collaborate with teachers to design individualized success plans for those requiring additional support.

School-Parent Collaboration

Act as a crucial bridge between the institution and families, ensuring parents are regularly informed about their child's progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Data-Driven Monitoring

Utilize academic tools and MIS platforms to record, analyze, and act on student performance data--ensuring timely interventions and holistic support.

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (graduates from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).

Communication Skills

Strong proficiency in English; working knowledge of Malayalam is a significant advantage.

Interpersonal Strength

A natural ability to connect with students and parents, building trust and rapport with ease.

Problem-Solving Ability

Calm, empathetic, and professional in handling sensitive situations and challenges.

Technical Comfort

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and openness to learning new digital tools for reporting and tracking.
