Academic Mentor - ISP (Residential Programme) | Female

Role Overview

Mentor and monitor +1 and +2 students enrolled in the Integrated School Programme (ISP) Ensure structured academic support in a residential campus environment Focus on attendance, discipline, monitoring, and academic progression

Key Responsibilities

Track and maintain

daily student attendance

and follow up on absentees Monitor

academic performance, test scores, and classroom participation

Provide

one-on-one mentoring and academic guidance

to students Support students in

NEET/JEE preparation

along with board syllabus Enforce

study schedules, discipline, and residential rules

Identify learning gaps and implement

corrective academic strategies

Coordinate with subject faculty and academic coordinators Maintain

student records, progress reports, and mentoring logs

Address academic, behavioural, and emotional concerns of students Ensure a

safe, supportive, and structured residential environment

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (Science background preferred) Experience in

ISP / school mentoring / residential programmes

preferred Strong communication, counselling, and monitoring skills Ability to handle students with empathy and discipline Willingness to work in a

full-time residential setup

Ensure

consistent attendance, continuous monitoring, and academic improvement

of ISP students

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
