Academic Mentor - ISP (Integrated School Program)Role Overview

The Academic Mentor will be responsible for mentoring, monitoring, and guiding +1 and +2 students enrolled in the Integrated School Program (ISP) for competitive exams such as

NEET and JEE

. The role focuses on academic support, performance tracking, motivation, and coordination between students, parents, and faculty to ensure consistent progress and success.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and guide +1 and +2 students preparing for

NEET/JEE

Track academic performance, test scores, and attendance regularly Identify learning gaps and provide academic support or intervention Motivate students and help manage exam stress and study discipline Coordinate with subject faculty to align mentoring with academic goals Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions Communicate student progress to parents and management Ensure students follow study schedules and institutional guidelines Support students in goal-setting and time management
Eligibility & Skills

Graduation/Post-graduation in Science (preferred) Familiarity with

NEET/JEE syllabus and exam pattern

Strong mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle adolescents and academic pressure situations Experience in academic mentoring or coaching environment is an advantage
