We are hiring dedicated and inspirational Academic Mentors who are driven to foster meaningful connections and build confidence in students.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor, establishing strong relationships with a diverse student body to guide their academic and personal development. Deliver one-on-one academic coaching, adapting strategies to individual learning styles, goals, and pace. Conduct regular, impactful mentoring sessions, employing constructive, solution-focused approaches to help students overcome learning hurdles. Review performance data to pinpoint learning gaps and co-create effective, personalized study plans for tangible improvement. Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and guardians, acting as a vital link between the school and home support system. Develop and lead engaging activities and workshops that enhance essential life skills and promote holistic student development. Leverage educational technology and data systems to track student progress and ensure timely intervention. Partner with faculty and school counselors to address the complete well-being (academic and emotional) of all students. Participate in continuous professional development to uphold the highest standards of educational mentoring. Actively contribute to our school's vibrant, inclusive, and growth-focused environment.
