Role Overview



The Academic Mentor - Hybrid is responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic journey by bridging learning gaps, reinforcing discipline, and ensuring consistent engagement through structured mentoring. The role requires close monitoring of academic performance, effective communication with students and parents, and active facilitation of the hybrid (online + offline) learning model to ensure holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities1. Academic Monitoring & Evaluation



Stay aligned with daily academic schedules, ongoing chapters, and upcoming lessons to proactively assist students. Track and evaluate performance through

DPPs (Daily Practice Problems)

,

DTS (Daily Test Series)

, and

CWEs (Chapter-Wise Exams)

. Analyze academic trends--progress, decline, or stagnation--and provide actionable feedback. Investigate discrepancies (e.g., high DPP scores but weak DTS results) to identify underlying issues. Identify underperforming students and implement corrective strategies. Conduct

doubt-clearing sessions

and ensure DPP corrections are completed within 24-48 hours. Coordinate weekly tests and

GIB activities

to strengthen engagement and assessment. Monitor discipline during hostel rounds and ensure adherence to organizational standards. Motivate, encourage, and provide personal guidance to maintain student focus and morale.

2. Hybrid Learning & App Utilization



Train students to effectively use digital learning tools, including doubt discussion forums. Communicate the benefits of the hybrid model (online + offline) to students and parents. Drive active participation in both online and offline classes, ensuring consistency and accountability.

3. Student Mentoring & Communication



Mentor students in following timetables and cultivating academic discipline. Track and address absenteeism in DTS by arranging make-up sessions and identifying recurring patterns. Maintain timely and accurate records of

DTS results, student progress, feedback,

and

parent interactions

.

4. Parent Engagement & Support



Clearly explain program objectives, structure, and progress updates to parents. Provide consistent communication on attendance, test performance, and overall development. Address fee-related queries, ensure timely fee collection, and update records accurately on the portal.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
