Academic Mentor

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Academic Mentor to support and inspire students in their academic and personal development. In this role, you will guide students throughout their learning journey, provide personalized support, and create a positive environment that fosters both academic achievement and holistic growth. You will collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure every student is set up for success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mentorship & Student Engagement

Build strong, supportive relationships with students to motivate them toward academic excellence and personal growth. Organize and facilitate co-curricular activities, clubs, and enrichment programs to promote well-rounded development. Work in partnership with teachers and counselors to identify and address individual student needs and challenges.

2. Academic Guidance & Monitoring

Regularly monitor, track, and assess student performance to identify learning gaps and areas of improvement. Deliver personalized academic support and conduct assessments where necessary. Collaborate with faculty to design and implement customized learning strategies for students requiring additional guidance.

3. Family Communication & Collaboration

Maintain consistent communication with parents/guardians to update them on student progress and well-being. Organize parent meetings to align on student goals and support strategies. Provide guidance to families on fostering effective learning environments at home.

4. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, and student behavior. Analyze performance data to plan targeted interventions and drive continuous improvement. Utilize digital tools and educational platforms for efficient tracking and reporting of student outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
