Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Academic Mentor to support and guide differently abled students in their academic journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for inclusive education and experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
Job Responsibility:
Provide one-on-one and small group academic mentoring to differently abled students.
Develop individualized learning plans based on students' strengths and areas of improvement.
Assist in curriculum planning and adaptation to meet the varied needs of students.
Emphasis on hands-on, practical learning experiences to reinforce theoretical concepts.
Collaborate with therapists, special educators, and families to ensure holistic support.
Maintain records of student achievements, challenges, and interventions.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills in inclusive education.
Teaching Methodology:
The teaching methodology at Scientia is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with special needs. Key approaches include:
1. Individualized Learning Plans: Customized learning plans based on the abilities and interests of each participant.

Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's/Education/Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Robotics.
