Job Description

Position: Academic Mentor

Key Responsibilities:-

Student Mentorship & Engagement

Develop meaningful, trust-based relationships with students to encourage both academic and personal growth. Lead clubs, enrichment activities, and other programs that support students' overall development. Work collaboratively with educators and counselors to proactively address individual student needs and concerns.

Academic Support & Monitoring

Monitor student progress to quickly identify learning gaps or academic challenges. Conduct assessments and provide focused academic support where needed. Collaborate with teaching staff to design and implement personalized learning strategies for students requiring additional help.

Family Communication & Collaboration

Keep parents/guardians informed of student progress and key developmental updates. Participate in or coordinate parent meetings to align on shared goals and action plans. Offer practical advice and resources to help families support learning at home.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of student attendance, academic performance, and behavior. Analyze data to drive timely interventions and continuous improvement strategies. Utilize educational platforms and tools to effectively track and report student outcomes.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
