Duties and Responsibilities

Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in the assigned subject area, with a proactive approach to research and problem-solving to support faculty needs. Mentor and guide students enrolled in various courses, ensuring their academic and personal development. Regularly connect with students through calls or meetings to track their academic progress and provide guidance. Motivate students to stay engaged and maintain required attendance in academic and engagement activities. Offer support on study techniques, time management, and effective learning strategies. Assist in creating question papers, PowerPoint presentations, and other academic materials. Develop and maintain faculty and student support resources. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Coordinate with faculty members to collect study materials (PDFs) within tight deadlines and collaborate with designers for seamless execution. Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to help students address academic or personal concerns. Administer assessments, analyze results, and provide constructive feedback. Monitor and document student performance, maintaining updated academic records. Prepare and present periodic progress reports and reviews. Assist faculty members with academic-related programs and activities. Collaborate with content creators to ensure accurate and effective representation of academic concepts. Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Be adaptable and willing to take on multiple responsibilities as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
