Role Summary

The

Academic Manager - Academics

is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and monitoring of Next Education's academic programs in partner schools. The role acts as the

single point of contact

for schools on all academic matters -- ensuring effective utilization of curriculum, digital tools, labs, and assessments to drive impactful teaching and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

teacher training

, orientation, and academic workshops to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Monitor and support

the implementation of the curriculum, digital content, labs, and assessments in partner schools. Coordinate the

delivery, availability, and usage

of textbooks, teaching aids, digital resources, and lab materials. Facilitate smooth execution of

assessments, ERP tools, and academic reporting

processes. Maintain regular and proactive communication with

school leadership, teachers, and internal academic teams

. Track program implementation, address challenges or escalations, and share timely reports and feedback. Support academic audits, classroom observations, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in teacher training, academic operations, or curriculum implementation. Comfort with technology, ERP systems, and digital classroom tools. Ability to build strong school relationships and manage multiple stakeholders. Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Science, or related fields preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
