Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Planning & Implementation
Ensure effective implementation of the Pre-Primary and Primary curriculum as per school standards.
Design yearly, monthly, and weekly academic plans.
Monitor lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom strategies.
Introduce age-appropriate teaching methodologies aligned with 21st-century learning skills.
2. Academic Quality & Classroom Observation
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Ensure learning outcomes are met for all grades.
Oversee assessments, worksheets, notebooks, and student progress tracking.
3. Teacher Training & Development
Conduct regular training sessions, orientation programs, and workshops for teachers.
Identify areas for improvement and mentor teachers for better classroom effectiveness.
Guide new teachers in understanding curriculum, pedagogy, and school processes.
4. Student Development & Learning Support
Track student performance and ensure timely interventions.
Coordinate remedial classes, enrichment activities, and academic competitions.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.
5. Academic Administration
Oversee timetables, substitution, and academic schedules.
Coordinate with the Principal and management for smooth academic operations.
Ensure documentation, reports, and academic records are maintained accurately.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate with B.Ed / Early Childhood Education preferred.
Minimum 4-6 years of teaching experience and 2-3 years of academic coordination/leadership experience in Pre-Primary/Primary.
Strong understanding of early years and primary pedagogy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
