We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Manager to lead academic operations, drive business growth, and ensure student success. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and innovation to enhance teaching quality, student engagement, and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee academic operations, course design, and syllabus updates. Manage admissions, student records, and academic administration. Supervise faculty, ensure teaching quality, and handle team development. Drive business growth through marketing, outreach, and student engagement. Manage budgets, fee collections, and resource allocation. Implement innovative learning strategies and digital tools.

Skills

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of modern teaching methods & digital learning tools preferred. Proven ability to handle academic operations, business development abd team management.

Qualification :

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Management, or related field.

Experience : 5

+ years of experience in academic/educational management.
