Job Title:Academic Head/center head- School Leadership Position Location: Suneetha Mega School -New branch Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 25,000-35,000 We.are looking for a dynamic and experienced Academic Head to lead and manage the academic operations. This is a leadership position for someone passionate about education, school administration, and academic excellence. : As the Academic Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire academic framework of the school. You will work closely with the teaching and administrative teams to ensure high-quality education, compliance with curriculum standards, and overall academic progress. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the academic operations of the school. Supervise curriculum planning, teacher performance, and student outcomes. Collaborate with school leadership to set academic goals and monitor progress. Conduct regular training, reviews, and workshops for staff. Ensure adherence to educational standards and school policies. Liaise with parents, teachers, and external stakeholders as needed.

Key Requirements: Preferably female faculty, Proven experience in academic leadership within a school setting. Strong background in school administration and educational management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead teams, manage conflict, and inspire excellence. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
