Job Role & Responsibilities:

As an

Academic Incharge

, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the academic operations of the play school, ensuring quality teaching-learning practices and smooth curriculum implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for all classes (Playgroup to UKG). Guide and mentor teachers in effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and child development practices. Monitor classroom activities and ensure academic standards are maintained. Organize training sessions and workshops for teachers to improve teaching quality. Coordinate with management to plan monthly planners, events, and academic calendars. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to educators. Ensure learning outcomes align with the school's vision and early childhood education guidelines. Communicate with parents when required and support them in understanding their child's progress. Introduce innovative and engaging activities to make learning fun and meaningful.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology (Master's preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in preschool teaching or academic coordination. Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and play-based learning. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a passion for nurturing young minds. Ability to manage and motivate a team of teachers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
