We're seeking an experienced and passionate Academic Incharge & Preschool Operations to oversee our preschool's academic and operational aspects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality education, managing daily operations, and driving excellence in our preschool.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Academic Incharge:
1. Implement curriculum plans and educational programs.
2. Monitor and evaluate teaching staff, providing feedback and coaching.
3. Collaborate with teachers to develop assessments and evaluate student progress.
Preschool Operations:
1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the preschool.
2. Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
3. Implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
