Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement academic policies and strategies
Oversee curriculum design and assessment standards
Lead faculty recruitment, training, and evaluation
Monitor and improve student academic performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance educational quality
Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Education or related field
Proven experience in academic leadership roles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
