The Academic Head is responsible for overseeing the preschool's curriculum, academic operations, teacher performance, and overall learning outcomes. This role ensures high-quality early childhood education aligned with the school's philosophy, regulatory standards, and developmental needs of children aged 2-6 years.

Develop, implement, and review a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Ensure the curriculum aligns with educational standards and fosters holistic child development.
Oversee student assessment and monitor progress to provide feedback to staff and parents.
Staff Management and Development:
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teachers and administrative staff.
Conduct professional development workshops for staff.
Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement culture among the teaching staff.
Operations and Administration:
Ensure the preschool complies with all local and national educational regulations.
Manage the admissions and enrollment processes.
Oversee the maintenance of the facilities and manage educational materials and budgets.
Parent and Community Relations:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and school activities.
Encourage parental involvement in educational activities.
Environment and Safety:
Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children.
