We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Academic Head

to lead and oversee the academic planning, delivery, and quality of our educational programs. The Academic Head will be responsible for curriculum development, faculty leadership, and continuous improvement to ensure excellence in teaching and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for all academic programs and initiatives Address academic issues, grievances, and policy implementation Lead academic planning, scheduling, and assessment processes Monitor academic performance, student outcomes, and teaching effectiveness Develop, implement, and review curriculum aligned with academic standards

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of academic leadership experience Strong understanding of curriculum design and assessment Experience as an Academic Coordinator or similar academic leadership role will be an added advantage
