Key Responsibilities
Execute academic strategy for programs such as ACCA, CA, and CMA.
Coordinate with faculty, mentors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Conduct academic audits, reviews, and performance tracking for batches.
Monitor student performance and implement academic interventions when needed.
Ensure curriculum alignment with global standards and exam requirements.
Oversee faculty onboarding, training, and performance improvement.
Represent the academic team during seminars, sessions, and academic events.
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in academics, teaching, coaching, mentoring, or academic coordination.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Passion for education and familiarity with commerce subjects (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
Ability to manage faculty, maintain academic quality, and support student success.
