Qualifications

: B.Tech in any discipline , BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) ,MBA (Master of Business Administration)

Job Summary:

The Academic Head will be responsible for overseeing the academic operations of the institution, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student performance. This role involves strategic planning, faculty coordination, and maintaining academic excellence through effective communication and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs and activities in alignment with institutional goals.

Supervise and support faculty members to maintain teaching quality and academic integrity.

Develop and implement curriculum enhancements and learning strategies.

Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth academic operations and student satisfaction.

Monitor student performance and develop initiatives for academic improvement.

Organize academic meetings, workshops, and training sessions for faculty development.

Ensure compliance with educational standards, policies, and accreditation requirements.

Maintain effective communication between management, faculty, and students.

Lead academic audits and reporting activities.

Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning within the academic community.
