The Academic Head is responsible for leading and managing the academic direction of the institution, with a strong focus on integrating digital marketing, graphic design, and multimedia into the curriculum and teaching practices. This role includes supporting faculty through training, guidance, and awareness initiatives to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement in modern, tech-driven learning environments. Lead the development and continuous improvement of academic programs, especially in digital marketing, graphic design, and multimedia.
Ensure that curriculum remains industry-relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with current trends and technologies.
Promote interdisciplinary learning and project-based approaches.
Provide ongoing support and professional development for faculty in both subject-specific content and effective teaching methodologies.
Advise faculty on effective strategies for digital communication, branding, and marketing of programs or student projects.
Monitor and evaluate academic performance, teaching effectiveness, and student outcomes.
Lead academic audits and implement quality improvement plans.
Maintain academic integrity and ensure adherence to educational standards and regulations.
