Key Responsibilities

Provide academic leadership and strategic direction to the PhD Department

Supervise research activities, publications, and academic programs

Guide faculty and research scholars in achieving academic excellence

Ensure compliance with university and regulatory guidelines

Develop collaborations with industry, academia, and research institutions

Foster a culture of innovation, ethics, and high-quality research

Qualifications & Experience

PhD in a relevant field (mandatory)

Minimum 4 years of academic & administrative experience in higher education/research

Strong track record in research, publications, and academic leadership

Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
