Lead academic operations for NEET & JEE programs (Lakshya(TM), ScoreBooster(TM) etc).
Build dream faculty team & shape AI-backed course structure.
Make learning cinematic, personalized, and smart.
Be the brain behind India's next-gen academic empire.

IITian / Doctor / Senior faculty with hunger to build, not just teach*.
5+ yrs experience with strong NEET/JEE background (Allen, Aakash, Marrow types).
Startup mindset + obsession for innovation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
